Unfortunately, this is also an area where many women struggle. I’ve set out to change that. My goal is to give women the insight and tools to build authentic, empowering relationships that lead to deeply fulfilling personal and professional lives. And I started by asking the question: “How do we build and maintain healthy relationships?”
What I’ve learned is that fulfilling relationships are a result of a strong sense of self combined with the ability to communicate and relate openly, authentically and compassionately with others. This includes the ability to establish and enforce personal boundaries (which actually makes relationships stronger, not weaker).
If you’re looking for some quick tools, I encourage you to check out my blog. I talk openly and vulnerably about my own experience as an imperfect person learning to love myself and relate to the world in a healthier way. As a certified coach, I also offer one-on-one coaching programs which give you the insight and tools to start seeing and feeling some real positive changes in the quality of your relationships.
Whatever you take away, know this is true: You’re already a lot more okay than you think you are. I promise.
Much love,
Rachel
